At Elaine’s Canine Cookies, I am always challenging myself to produce high grade, high value treats made with human grade food and no “bad stuff” – that is — no refined sugars or added salt, and no preservatives!
*My products may contain or come in contact with milk, eggs, nuts, wheat and other allergens. I list all ingredients I used on each treat label. You agree to inform your guests of this prior to their pets’ consumption of my treats and understand that I am not responsible in the event of any allergic reactions.
All my selections are home-baked from scratch and made with care — then inspected and packaged by hand. I love custom orders! Whether you want a cake that is larger, smaller, specific colours or flavour, or themed for a special occasion, I’ll do my best to make it happen. Please order at least 7 days prior to date needed! Add another 7 days if it’s being mailed through Canada Post ( due to Covid delivery delays). Courier service is available, at an added cost.
*Elaine’s Canine Cookies & Cakes is not responsible for damage to products during shipping. We package each shipment very carefully to make sure they are protected as much as possible during transit and send them with the fastest shipping methods possible to mitigate any damage or reduction in food quality. Once the package is handed over to the postal service or courier, we are no longer responsible for the handling of the package. We do not refund cookies or cakes that arrive damaged, or if your package is delayed or does not arrive by the requested delivery date. You are agreeing to these terms when you choose the shipping option. We produce all natural, freshly baked goods however, so should you see any deterioration of the quality of the treats when you open it, please contact us immediately.
Order changes or cancellations: Please call us at 604-240-0237 if you need to change or cancel an order. We require a minimum of 72 hours in advance notice to adjust your order. As all products are baked fresh to order, so no cancellations or refunds will be granted after this time period.
Refunds: Unfortunately, due to health restrictions and regulations, we are not able to accept returns of any edible goods.
Payment: Payment is required at time of order for all custom and online orders.
