My Health Bars are made with lots of yummy nutritious  ingredients! Think granola bar—quinoa flour, buckwheat flour, ground oats, hemp seeds, Ladner produce: spinach, kale, apple,  pumpkin, carrots, plus whole egg, organic apple cider, olive oil, coconut oil, my homemade wild salmon or beef stock, and then topped off with grated sharp cheddar cheese.
